All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Nordic Comforts cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@deskcomfy.com and our support team will assist you as quickly as possible.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package delivered to a pickup location is not collected within the carrier's holding period and is returned to us, a handling and return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Any remaining balance will be refunded once the returned package has been received and inspected.
